At Vietspa, every detail is designed to nurture your well-being. To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience, we kindly ask you to note the following:

 Bookings & Deposits

A $50 deposit per person is required to secure your appointment, allowing us to prepare your personalized experience.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee per person.

 Arrival

Arrive 10 minutes early to unwind before your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next guest.

Personal Belongings

• Jewellery must be removed during treatments; we recommend leaving valuables at home.
• Please silence your phone to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.

Your Experience

This is your time to relax. Adjustments to massage pressure, music, lighting, or temperature are always welcome — your therapist is here to ensure your comfort.

 Health & Wellbeing

Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies when booking, so we can tailor your treatments safely.

 Privacy

Your trust is important. We collect only the information necessary to provide your spa experience and, if you choose, to share updates or promotions. Your details will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
